Carlisle Seafood has been serving the community since 1907 and is regarded as one of Melbourne’s oldest fish and chip shops. The business has fresh fish delivered daily, with fish still cut and battered to order and potato cakes made fresh in-house. It remains a Carlisle Street institution that generations of locals have grown up with.
Nearby, The Coffee Company has been part of Carlisle Street for more than 50 years. The business roasts fresh coffee in-store and offers a selection of over 40 coffees sourced from around the world, including organic, Rainforest-certified, decaffeinated and flavoured varieties, alongside more than 100 tea options. Customers can also work with the store’s team to create their own custom coffee blend.
